This is an essential rug carving clipper that helps create even contours for producing a 3D effect on flat rugs and for trimming the edges of your carpet.

With its stand, this clipper can be used to trim small flat rugs, serving as an alternative to the CP-1 shearing machine.

The blades on the clipper are removable, magnetic, and made of ceramic, so they cannot be sharpened. Typically, the blades dull after two months of regular use, so I recommend adding a couple of spare blades to your order.

Maintenance: After use, remove the blades (they are magnetic and easy to detach and reattach), and clean off any remaining yarn with a brush or vacuum cleaner.
